What counts as a “minute”?

Every minute Voxentra spends on an inbound call - from pickup to handoff or hangup - counts toward your monthly total. Warm-transferred calls only consume the qualification portion; once your team takes over, the clock stops.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every new account gets 60 minutes free on signup, burned first before your plan’s included minutes kick in. Try the product on live calls, see the qualification quality, then decide if the plan you picked feels right. No card required beyond the subscription itself.

What happens if I run out of minutes mid-month?

At 80% usage you get a heads-up from your dashboard. Two options when you hit your limit: buy a top-up package (per-tier bundles, never expire, roll over forever) or upgrade to a higher tier (takes effect immediately). Plans are prepaid so you’ll never see a surprise overage bill. Calls stop answering when your minute balance hits zero.

How do top-up packages work?

Each tier has its own top-up bundles available from your dashboard. Buy a top-up and the extra minutes sit in your balance, used automatically once your monthly included minutes run out. Top-up minutes never expire — unused balance rolls to next month, and transfers if you upgrade plans.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes, from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately — higher minute allowance applies right away, next invoice is at the new price. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period (you keep the plan you paid for until it ends, then drop to the new tier). No refunds for partial months, no long-term contracts.

What is a campaign?

A campaign is one configured use case: vertical (e.g., dental tourism), qualification script, voice, and target audience. One clinic usually runs one campaign. Multi-vertical operations (e.g., dental tourism + beauty tourism + gas & energy) run one campaign per vertical. Your tier sets how many parallel campaigns you can run — starts at 1 on Starter, up to 10 on Scale.

Do you support multiple locations or clinics?

Yes. Each sub-account on your dashboard represents one clinic, BPO desk, or phone number. Minutes pool across all of them on your plan. For multi-brand operations, contact us about Custom pricing.

What happens to my call recordings?

Call recordings and transcripts are stored in EU infrastructure (Frankfurt). They’re accessible from your dashboard for review, training, and compliance. GDPR-compliant retention policies apply.
